Your pedals are the crucial link between you and your bike, and the Shimano Ultegra R8000 Carbon SPD-SL Road Pedals ensure a high-performance, lightweight, and secure connection with your shoes. Once you're clipped in, you can be confident that you're set for the long haul.
Weighing an impressive 248 grams per pair, these super-strong and lightweight pedals are designed for road riding and racing. They are compatible with three-bolt SPD-SL style cleats and come with yellow Shimano cleats offering a 6-degree float. The wider carbon body provides a large contact area for your shoes, relieving pressure and creating a broad base to maximize your power transfer. With a 10mm body height from the axle's center to the top of the cleat, these pedals ensure a low stack height for better connection and reduced weight.
The large binding target makes engagement quick and easy, while a stainless steel body plate over the carbon fiber enhances durability. The open design simplifies float and tension adjustments, allowing you to fine-tune the pedals to your preferences. Additionally, the low-maintenance, sealed cartridge axle unit guarantees long life and smooth rotation, making these pedals a worthy upgrade for any road bike.
